Delego Runs on Posibolt
Delego (www.delego.in) is South India’s largest distributor of Gifts, Kitchen/Tableware, Homecare, and Accessories supplying products to Hypermarkets, Supermarkets and Departmental Stores has been successfully running their Sales, Purchase, and Accounting Operations on Posibolt for the past 6 months.
Delego wanted to replace their old solution to improve their operational productivity and support business scale up plans, hence they chose Posibolt for the purpose. Posibolt’s comprehensive ERP solution covering sales, inventory, purchase and accounting was implemented following collaborative project management approac.
The solution was deployed on Cloud and available for access from anywhere. Posibolt team worked closely with the client in migrating and cleaning up the data from the old system including product master, pricing information, vendor master, and customer data. Discounts are a key ingredient of a wholesale/ distribution center operations and posibolt was able to successfully achieve the same.
As a result of the implementation Delego has streamlined its Operations across multiple stakeholders including front office, back office, management and customer. Accurate Stock Valuation, Effective Inventory Management, Improved Sales and Timely Purchase Processes were the priority areas achieved. Improved visibility and insights leading to effective receivables management including brand wise performance. Better Customer engagement, upselling and cross selling based on purchase patterns.
